		<description>There are many free press release services and they&#039;ll probably get you into Google News, but not Yahoo News.  Most will not allow live links in the release however.  Try The Open Press.

Use the PRESSfeed News Optimization Toolbar for info and tools to optimize your release for search before you send them out.  Then syndicate all news content in an RSS feed, for maximum results.
